How do I make a withdrawal?

When you want to withdraw money:

• Request a withdrawal through your True Potential Cash Savings service
• The money is first returned to your Cash Savings Holding Account
• The money is then automatically transferred to your nominated bank account

Withdrawals are always paid back to your nominated bank account. Payments cannot be made to or out of any other account.
