How is a Final Salary Pension calculated?

A Final Salary Pension is usually calculated based on your final salary and how many years you’ve been a member of the scheme. At the time of retirement, a Final Salary Pension will pay out a regular income for the rest of your life. You will need to contact your existing scheme to request a statement which we can help with.
