How long do deposits take?

Deposits from your nominated bank account to your Cash Savings Holding Account will typically arrive within a few hours, depending on the timing of the payment and your bank or provider.

If you have selected a savings account, your funds will then be transferred from your Cash Savings Holding Account to your chosen accounts. This transfer is usually completed within one working day.

Processing is generally carried out on working days. As a result, transactions may take longer over weekends and public holidays.

You will receive confirmation once your funds have been successfully credited to:

• Your Cash Savings Holding Account
• Your chosen savings account(s)

This ensures you are kept informed of the progress of your transaction at each stage.
